Back in January, I wrote a post about castor oil, mainly highlighting its effectiveness as a great moisturizer. However, castor oil has many other wonderful benefits! My curiosity didn’t stop there – I stumbled upon a video discussing the use of multiple oils, and from that point on, I couldn’t stop exploring.
There are so many options out there, but after a lot of research (and some self-control), I narrowed it down to just seven. Each one has its own unique perks, and I’ve been using them since January. Now, I know that’s not exactly a lifetime, but I can already see results!
I wish there were anti-aging products that actually lived up to their advertising—“wrinkle-free in 7 days” or “huge results in just one month.” Hoping for a miracle, I tried a few. Don’t get me wrong, there are products that do work well for improving your skin. With oils, I want to be completely honest: my wrinkles and fine lines didn’t just vanish (if only!), but they have softened and become less noticeable. And the best part? My skin is more moisturized, thicker, and smoother than ever. So, while I won’t be reversing time anytime soon, at least my skin is glowing as I age gracefully!
Of course, you can do your own research and choose the oils that work best for you—there’s really no wrong choice! I just decided to settle on these, and I have to say, I love them!
I mix the oils listed in the table below into a glass bottle and apply the blend each night before bed.
